SHIPPING

We are a small operation, but we don’t play around. Once you place an order with Red Flag, you should expect it to ship within 1-2 business days. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking info for UPS or USPS, so you can follow your gear all the way to your doorstep. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.

RETURNS

We get it. Sometimes you gotta return something you ordered and it’s always the worst experience of your life. Well those days are over, friends. Red Flag offers a 30-day return policy on all items we sell. All we ask is that you send back the items in the same condition in which you received it: New, unwashed and unworn (for longer than enough time to realize “Well damn, this doesn’t fit” or “This is a cool shirt, but I am too ugly to wear it. I must return it.”).

In other words, don’t return gear stained with fish blood, beer and saltwater. We can’t do anything with that, other than burn it to keep ourselves warm in the winter after we’ve gone broke over people returning gear they’ve already worn for a refund. We got bills and junk, too.
